Ningbo Judin Special Monofilament Co., Ltd. Develops from Judin Industrial Co., Ltd. Founded in 2005 and moved to Ningbo in 2010, only 50KM to Ningbo port and 250KM to Shanghai port;

Over almost 20 years, Judin has been specialized in producing high quality monofilaments as a pionner in the field of monofilament extrusion industry, our products have been used for garden, waste recycling, construction, agriculture, deep sea farming and breeding farms and other areas in more than 100 countries in the world.

To ensure orders are completed on time, we have invested heavily in production capacity: 10000 square meters factory with 10 extusion lines and 100 workers, more than 5000Tons capacity per year; Capacity of trimmer line can reach 100 tons per month and two 40′HQ containers per week. We use high quality raw materials from world famous suppliers to guarantee high quality products, such as DuPont (the USA), Honeywell (the USA), Mitsubishi (Japan), Basf (Germany) and CPCC (China).

We have more than 150 employees including +100 skilled workers, 10 in-house QC staff, 12 professional R&D staff, 10 sales managers and more than 12 office staff.

Moreover we have laboratory and test equipment such as tensile machine and wear test machine, bility of developing new products and more than 30 design patents. We have a strong QC team following ISO9001: 2000 standards while implementing QC procedures throughout the production process.
